AGENCIA MISIONES.UNO<\/a> | La Polic\u00eda esclareci\u00f3 un hecho de lesiones y amenazas ocurrido en Ober\u00e1 y determin\u00f3 que no se trat\u00f3 de una agresi\u00f3n grupal, sino de una pelea previamente acordada entre dos menores con antecedentes de conflictos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El hecho fue denunciado por un hombre de 43 a\u00f1os, quien manifest\u00f3 que en la noche del 13 de abril fue alertado de que su hijo de 17 a\u00f1os estaba siendo agredido en inmediaciones de las calles Finlandia y San Juan. Al llegar al lugar, observ\u00f3 a varios j\u00f3venes alrededor del menor, quienes se retiraron al advertir su presencia.<\/p>\n

Posteriormente, el adolescente lesionado indic\u00f3 que hab\u00eda sido atacado por otro menor, quien le provoc\u00f3 una herida en la pierna izquierda con un machete. En un primer momento, la situaci\u00f3n fue interpretada como una agresi\u00f3n en grupo.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, tras las averiguaciones realizadas por la Unidad Regional II y las declaraciones recepcionadas, se estableci\u00f3 que el episodio se origin\u00f3 en una pelea previamente pactada entre el joven herido, practicante de boxeo, y el presunto agresor, un menor de 14 a\u00f1os que entrena kickboxing, en el marco de diferencias de vieja data.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo a lo manifestado por el menor se\u00f1alado como autor, en presencia de sus progenitores y conforme a las disposiciones judiciales, el enfrentamiento fue acordado entre ambos, descart\u00e1ndose la participaci\u00f3n de terceros.<\/p>\n

Por disposici\u00f3n del magistrado interviniente, el menor fue examinado por el m\u00e9dico policial y posteriormente entregado a su progenitora para su guarda y custodia.<\/p>\n
