AGENCIA MISIONES.UNO | Un hombre de 38 a\u00f1os fue detenido en Ober\u00e1 tras incumplir una restricci\u00f3n de acercamiento vigente y amenazar de muerte a su exsuegra, en un hecho ocurrido en el barrio Tuicha.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La denuncia fue realizada por una mujer de 64 a\u00f1os, quien manifest\u00f3 que el acusado se present\u00f3 el viernes en su vivienda y la amenaz\u00f3 con quemarle la casa, generando temor tanto en ella como en su hija, ex concubina del implicado.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo a lo establecido por la Polic\u00eda, el hombre, identificado como C\u00e9sar E., contaba con una medida judicial vigente dispuesta por el Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00b0 1, la cual incumpli\u00f3 al presentarse en el domicilio.<\/p>\n

Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la Unidad Regional II despleg\u00f3 un operativo de b\u00fasqueda que permiti\u00f3 ubicar al acusado en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica y proceder a su detenci\u00f3n. Finalmente, fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia en el marco de una causa por amenazas y desobediencia judicial.<\/p>\n
